Your Responsibilities
Turning a large community into an active one
You are SpotRocker's voice for our creators - from the very first update to the final approved submission.
Community & Newsletter
Creator communication via newsletter, Instagram, and Discord.
Briefings & Creator Ideas
Review briefings and evaluate creator ideas and concepts.
Contest & Quality
Support creators, review submissions, and approve results.
Creator Events
Plan and run Q&As and online events.
Your Profile
A strong communicator with an eye for moving images
You enjoy daily communication with creators and know how to strike the right tone - in both German and English.
- Interest in the creator economy, advertising, and community management
- Clear and reliable communication skills in German and English
- A strong feel for video, storytelling, and quality
- Structured and dependable working style with enthusiasm for creative collaboration
Terms & Conditions
Clear conditions, flexible setup
A fixed monthly retainer, predictable workload, and complete location independence - aligned through short and regular check-ins.
- Freelance contract with a monthly retainer of 1,800 EUR
- Roughly 15 hours of work per week
- 100% remote with flexible scheduling
- Regular short check-ins with the Head of Content & Community
- Long-term collaboration preferred
